As far as I remember, I've not had anything make me cringe lately. I have always tried to keep myself calm for my mind health. So even if there are somethings happened to me, I simply accept or avoid it. I think it's good way to live peacefully every day.
Has anything made you cringe lately?
As far as I (can) remember, I've not had anything make me cringe lately.
You can say either "as far as I can remember" or "as far as I remember," but I think "as far as I can remember" is more common
I have always tried to keep myself calm for my mindental health.
So even if there are somethings happeneds to me, I simply accept or avoid it.¶
--> I simply accept it or try not to think about it.
I feel like "avoid it" is weird to say here because "to avoid" something means you try to prevent it from even happening in the first place, but you said "even if something happened to me," which implies that the thing already did happen. You can't avoid something that already happened to you. So, I think it makes more sense to say "try not to think about it (the thing that happened)," meaning that even though something happened, you don't dwell on it.
I think it's a good way to live peacefully every day.
