What Is Happiness is?

I was kind of confused by your title, so I changed it to make it more understandable. You could also write, "Happiness Is...".

Whenever we think about happiness, for most of us think ofwhat comes to mind is good health, family, friends, material security, going on vacation…, etc. Maybe someone remembers the old famous old saying, ''Everyone is athe blacksmith of their own happiness''.

I think this saying can have the opposite effect on some people and lead to frustration.

Come to think of it, we didn't all start from the same starting positionsplace nor did we all get dealt the same cards from the starthand.

I think this saying is not so simple, because a lot of things that happen, one cannnotdoesn't have that much influence alone.

"Is not" is commonly said/written as "Isn't".
