I agree with shorter, I think "trust" is a better word to use here.

I think the phrase that shorter suggested is good. You can also use "dedicates" instead of "devotes".

I'm actually not sure what an alcohol truck is? Do you mean a like a delivery truck transporting alcohol?

I'm not sure what you mean by "moves the gangsters' cars". Do you mean "he gets the drive the gangsters' cars"?

Alternatively, "every girl in the neighborhood is falling in love with him".
