今日の土曜日
今夜寝るのが遅かったので、少し寝坊しました。でも土曜日なので大丈夫でした。
その後ゆっくりシャワーを浴びて、自分の小さなアパートを掃除しました。部屋がきれいだと、とても落ち着いた気分になります。
掃除の後で、弟の一人と散歩をしました。弟はいつも元気なので楽しかったです。
それから家に帰って、今ゲームをしています。ゲームは私の好きな趣味の一つなので、週末によくしています。

I went to bed late last night, so I overslept a little. But since it’s Saturday, it was fine.
After that, I took a leisurely shower and cleaned my little apartment. When my space is clean, I feel really calm.
After cleaning, I went for a walk with one of my younger brothers. He’s always full of energy, so it was amusing.
Then I came home, and now I’m playing video games. Gaming is one of my favorite hobbies, so I do it often on weekends.

To me, a shower is more of a quick rinse.
Maybe it’s just a cultural difference?
I would probably say something like “その後さっとシャワーを浴びて、自分の小さなアパートを掃除しました.”

I feel like in Japanese, we’re more likely to say something like “上の弟” or “下の弟” rather than “弟の1人.”
You might want to say “弟の内の1人,” though.
Ahh, I often run into this issue when talking about my brothers because I have three younger brothers 😅

In my apartment there is only a shower (no tub) so I try to relax in the shower 😊

Oh, you have three little brothers?
Then you might want to say “すぐ下の弟” (my oldest younger brother), “2番目の弟” (my second youngest brother), and “1番下の弟” (my youngest brother), or something along those lines!
