In English, there are many different styles of capitalizing things. I mention two famous ones.

ALSO POSSIBLE: An hour ago, I wanted to write something in English but didn't knowfelt unsure what topic to choose.

OPTION A: Then I chose to sharewrite about the flowers from my last hike, which happened on Sunday.¶
OPTION B: Then I chose to write about the flowers from my last hike on Sunday.

The second typimage is very unique.

I have changed this to 2 sentences just for clarity.
There is subtle difference between the verbs "blossom" and "bloom". Blossom is the early stage of a flower, when it's just starting to open. A bloom is when it's a full flower. So, flowers start by blossoming and can then stay in bloom for weeks or months.
