First day April 1

I have been studying English for 3 years because we have been living in New York since 2019. I’d like to work, study and make friends, so I had to start to learn it :) but in the meantime, I fell in love with English.
I have dyslexia ,so It isn't so easy:) but I do my best. Every single day I learn 2-3 hours.

Since you used contractions later on in the paragraph, I changed these to sound more natural.

Just cleaned this up for clarity.

"So it isn't so..." sounds a little strange, so I just changed the modifier to make it sound a bit better.

Every single day I learnstudy for 2-3 hours.

You could also say "every day" instead.
