My head's hurting.

It seems like there's something wrong in my head, sometimes it feels like someone knock my head by a hammer.

I don't really know what to do, could tomorrow be better?

My head's hurting.s My head hurts

Not sure if the comma there is correct or not. But a period would work. With a hammer I would say hit. You might use knocked for like "It feels like someone is knocking on my head." But the hammer version feels more 'usual.'

I don't really know what to do, couldwill tomorrow be better? I don't really know what to do, will tomorrow be better?

I think 'could' would work, but it sounds a bit unnatural to me. I would probably say. "will tomorrow be any better?" Not sure exactly why, but it sounds more natural to me.
