It seems like there's something wrong in my head, sometimes it feels like someone knock my head by a hammer.
I don't really know what to do, could tomorrow be better?

Not sure if the comma there is correct or not. But a period would work. With a hammer I would say hit. You might use knocked for like "It feels like someone is knocking on my head." But the hammer version feels more 'usual.'

I don't really know what to do, will tomorrow be better?
I think 'could' would work, but it sounds a bit unnatural to me. I would probably say. "will tomorrow be any better?" Not sure exactly why, but it sounds more natural to me.

Pretty good! I mean I understand. There is just some unnatural phrasing and such here and there.
