Thank you very much for your careful corrections.
I intended to write simple sentences this time, but the nuance was off.

Do you play videlo games?

Spelling

I love playing video games, especially prefer single role-playing games like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest.

"prefer" should not be placed here.

Recently, I've played Clair Obscur and Lies of P.

I'm guessing these are games you've played recently, since they're both relatively new.

Their music and sceneettings are amazing, so I want you to play these gamesm.

"I want you to" sounds like you're directly asking someone to go and do it. It might come off as a little pushy. For a softer way of expressing this you could say "I highly recommend you play them".

"scene" doesn't make much sense in this sentence, but I'm guessing you meant "setting" (設定)

JEven just watching playthroughs of them on YouTube is fine.

This sentence sounded a little incomplete without specifying what the person should watch.

Feedback

I love RPGs too! Recently I've been playing Final Fantasy 1 and it has been very fun. I also want to play Clair Obscur soon.

Since no one has answered your question, I will try to. Simple sentences are good for the reader because they are easier to read and understand. We can read them faster. Complex sentences, when they are well written, are good because they give us a more complete image or experience. I think most readers can enjoy both kinds of sentences, as long as the writing is good.

I love playing video games,; I especially prefer single role-playing games like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest.

Or, "I love playing video games, especially single role-playing games like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest."

I've played Clair Obscur and Lies of P.

Their music and (graphics / visuals / cutscenes) are amazing, so I want you to play these games.

We wouldn't say "scenes" for video games, but I gave some alternatives depending on what you meant.

Graphics = the technical quality/level about how the game looks
Visuals = a more general term about how the game looks overall (can account for artistic style as well as graphics)
Cutscene = the part of a video game where the player is only watching, with no interaction, as a scene plays out before you as it would in a movie

Just watching on YouTube is fine.

Feedback

Great job.

I'd like to play Clair Obscur one day, because everyone speaks so highly of it. Final Fantasy is legendary, especially for its music. I remember being so impressed that they made such captivating music using only MIDI when I would play on the SNES.

I would say this is for you to choose, since you are here to strengthen your English, not to entertain us. I think you succeeded to write in a simple / casual fashion, which is a pretty normal goal to have.
