Using the word "now" in "now I am going" in this context isn't incorrect, but it feels abrupt. I would only use "now" at the beginning of a phrase if I had been talking about something before and I wanted to change subjects.

When using "going" to describe future actions, we usually use a verb after "going" in the form "to ____", not "_____ing". So, "I'm going to talk", not "I'm going talking". This is a bit unnatural.

In English, when talking about a group of multiple brothers and sisters, I would use the word "siblings." This word doesn't have gender and simply means anyone, brother or sister, who has your same parents. Saying "brothers" to refer to a group of both brothers and sisters is very strange, to me at least.

"I'm the youngest between men" is a very unnatural phrase. I think you mean "youngest OF THE men."
Also, "men" is an irregular noun: the singular is "man" but the plural is "men", without an "s". English has quite a few of these, unfortunately.

"Brothers" means you are talking about multiple brothers. If you are only talking about one, use "brother", without an "s". Same applies to "sister" and "older sister".

"this is the true" is a very odd phrase. In this context, it would be better to say "this is true", or simply "true". I also highly recommend using a comma before and after "this is true".

"...and my family is easygoing" isn't wrong at all, but since you have mentioned your family before, you can also simply say "...and we're easygoing."
