Daily Routine

I'm assuming from the next sentence that you meant past tense. Otherwise, it would be "I get up at 5:30 AM, take a shower, and work on my English"
You're listing activities, so commas between each one

Daily RoutineMy Day
Daily Routine doesn’t work here since it’s supposed to be about the things you every day. That doesn’t apply here since you’re mentioning specifics of what you did today.
I geot up at 5:30 am and ı did take, took a shower, and ı worked on my english.
If you actually were to make a paragraph about your daily routine you would use the simple present since you’re talking about your habits but, since you’re talking specifically about what you did today, you’re going to use the simple past (you already did the actions you’re talking about). When you use more than one verb that has the same subject, you don’t repeat the subject. Then, when talking about items on a list, you use commas.
I learned what is the mean 'Abandon', 'acquire', 'Accompany', 'Abroad', 'and Accuse' and ımeant. I also listened to a podcast from the BBC’s 6 minute Learn English Series and ı watched 2 grammar videos from engvid rebeca.
“What is the meaning” doesn’t work here . Also, you use the ‘s to talk about ownership. So, in this case, it’s indicating that the 6 minute Learn English Series is from (belongs) to the BBC.
It' was a very productive moarning.
Past since you’re talking about something you’ve already done
See you tomorrow
