Cream bun

A cream bun is one of the most popular buns in Japan.
Because I also love this, every time I go to a bakery I must buy one.
But today unique cream buns were sold at a grocery store in my university for a limited time.
Those were much softer than those ones I usually eat.
I heard they were also sold last year but I couldn't notice at that time.
I hope I can get them next year.

Cream bBun

Titles in English usually have capital letters at the start of every word apart form words like 'the/to/from/of' :)

A cream bun is one of the most popular buns in Japan.

Because I also love this, em too, every time I go to a bakery I must buy one.

But today unique cream buns were sold at a grocery store in my university for a limited time.

Thosey were much softer than those ones I usually eat.

'Those' isn't wrong but 'they' works better here :)

I heard they were also sold last year but I couldidn't notice at that time.

'couldn't' implies you were unable to because of a specific reason but 'didn't' implies you missed it :)

I hope I can get them next year.
