I don't know why, but I really like cold. Obviously I don't like to feel cold on my body, when I say I like it I mean all the things that cold includes. For example, I like to go sleep because I feel warm in my bed, and I like that sensation. Also, in the morning when is very cold and you can´t see so much because of the fog, I like it. I don´t really know why I like what I'm describing, since our mind should try to keep us on the better condition possible in order so survive, like in an ideal environment, because the main objetive of our mind is to live.

Obviously I don't like to feel the cold oin my body, w. When I say I like it, I mean I like all (the) things that the cold includes.
You can also used ";" instead of "." there.
You could also say "I mean I like all the things that the cold brings" which feels more natural to me.
For example, I like to go sleep because I feel warm in my bed, and I like that sensationfeeling.
"Sensation" is still understandable, but I would change it to something like "feeling" instead.
Also, in the morningI like when it is very cold in the morning and you can´'t see so(very) much because of the fog, I like it.
I reworded the sentence fully as it was a bit clunky to have the "I like it" at the end (also it is unclear what "it" is referring to if you put it at the end written like this). There are other ways you could reword this however; this is just a suggestion.

Good job! I don't really like the cold because I get cold easily, but I do also like some of the things it brings like being snuggled and warm in bed when it is cold, or having a hot chocolate. Fog in the morning like that is really beautiful!
