Christmas and New year’s card

Today, I went to a big electronics store to look for a charging cable.
Now, many stores have a sign that says something like “Merry Christmas” or “(store’s name)’s Christmas”. The latter means the store is on a Christmas sale or selling Christmas-related items.

At the entrance of the store, the New Year’s card(年賀状) designs’ advertisements were on display.
However, these days, the number of people who send New Year's cards is decreasing. Over the past few years, I sent only a few postcards for my friend. Other than that, I just sent “a Happy New Year “ message online. But this year, I will try to make a “digital New Year’s card”, on which I draw an illustration and comment like a New Year’s card and send it online.

Corrections

NRight now, many stores have a sign that says something like “Merry Christmas” or “(store’s name)’s Christmas”.

When you say "Now," it sounds like we're entering a new era where the stores display all the time. It usually is used to contrast a presently ongoing trend with a previous time period where things were different. ie. here is a natural usage of it:
"After the bank panics during the Great Depression, no one wanted to keep their money in a bank. Now, it's becoming uncommon for people to even keep cash in their wallet."
Using "right now" or "currently" clarifies that the change is probably temporary and an exception to the usual state of things.

Feedback

Otherwise I agree with all UmbrellaTerm's corrections. Good job!

That sounds like a fun alternative to a physical card!
