I know I am not writing properly. The first step I need is to keep consistent by doing baby steps. Don't make yourself upset doing this. It's like doing exercise. If you only feel enough for 5 repetitions, it's proper to try harder until six or 7 repetitions. Don't excessively, it's not wise.
Being better is not same as being hard foron yourself
I know I am not writing properly.
The first step I need, is to keep consistent by doing baby steps.
Don't make yourself upset doing this.
You could optionally use an exclamation mark (!) to better express yourself. e.g.
"Don't make yourself upset doing this!"
It's like doing an exercise.
Or optionally:
"It's like exercising"
If you wanted to say that it's like all kinds of exercise.
If you only feel good enough for 5 repetitions, it's propbetter to try hardpush further until six or 7 repetitions.
"it's proper" isn't a common saying in this context.
Don't do it excessively, it's not wise.
