Bad habits

I have a bad habit.
I think I should sleep for seven hours.
I have to wake up at 6 so I should go to bed at 11 p.m. but I use my smartphone
and I go to bed at 12 p.m.
Finaly, I can't wake up early and I regret not go to bed earlier.
If you want to use your smartphone at night, how you resist it?

I struggle with that too! I usually try and place my phone far from my bed, so that I can't use my phone even if I wanted to!

I have to wake up at 6 so I should go to bed at 11 p.m., but I use my smartget distracted by using my phone
and I go to bed at 12 p.m.
Finaly,
I can't wake up early and I regret not go to bed earlier.

1. “Smartphone” is the correct term, but barely anyone says that, the more common term is just “phone”.
2. Considering the situation you’re describing, “getting distracted” is a better phrase to use.
3. Finally” is unnecessary.

Feedback

Easily understandable, good word :)

And about that question at the end, I have issues with this aswell. Maybe I’d suggest trying to put the phone away a little bit before bedtime? Or just telling yourself “I’m going to sleep at this time” and trying to have self discipline

Oh, and another thing I caught “12 p.m” is wrong, as that is noon. 12 a.m is midnight, so you should use that instead

I have to wake up at 6 so I should go to bed at 11 p.m. but I use my smartphone
and I go to bed at 12 p.m.

Finaly,

But then
I can't wake up early and I regret not going to bed earlier.

If you want to use your smartphone at night, how you resist the urge to use it?

Thank you so much!

I think I should sleep for seven hours every night.

I have to wake up at 6 so I should go to bed at 11 p.m. but I use my smartphone
and I go to bed at 12 p.m.

Finaly, I can't

As a result, I struggle to
wake up early and I regret not go to bed earlier.

"can't wake up" means you didn't wake up, I assume you still wake up more or less on time, just groggy.

Feedback

7 hours is weak, try 9.

Go to bed and imagine using your phone. What cool videos might you come across? Can you imagine the general vibe of them and let it guide your dreams?

Then
, I can't wake up early and I regret not going to bed earlier.

It's more natural to just say "phone" rather than "smart phone". I also made other changes to the sentence to make it sound more natural.

If you want to use your smartphone at night, how do you resist it?

Feedback

See if you can replace it with a different habit, like reading a book or drawing!
