I used to be a talkative person, writing many words and taking many photos. But everything has changed a lot over the past six months. I can feel the transformation in myself in several aspects, and it's hard to evaluate.

I can feel the transformation in myself in several aspects, and it's hard to evaluate.
The word evaluate by itself and without further context can feel a little vague, as it usually involves making some sort of judgment. Evaluate in what way? Are you trying to evaluate if the transformation is good or bad? Or perhaps you're evaluating the causes of the transformation?
“ If the transformation is good or bad”is exactly what I wanted to express.

Great, then I'd suggest saying it like this— "I can feel the transformation in myself in several aspects, but it's hard to evaluate whether it's good or bad."
Or, more naturally—"I can feel the transformation in myself in several aspects, but I can't tell whether it's good or bad."
