Are you forgetful, or do you have a good memory?

I tend to be forgetful when it comes to my job. I always remember my personal life's things, but when it comes to work, I can barely remember somethings since I open my laptop at my office. The capacity of my brain might be small.

Corrections

I always remember things in my personal life's things, but when it comes to work, I can barely remember someanythings si once I open my laptop atin my office.

Fixed for what I think the intended meaning is and to give this more natural clarity, as well as punctuation.

The capacity of my brain might be smallMy brain might just be limited in capacity.

Also just fixing to add clarity to this sentence.

This sentence is grammatically correct, but it sounds odd. Maybe: "My brain might just be small." 🤔

I also have a bad memory. It's why I use a planner. I write down every task I need to do in my schedule so I don't forget. As for shopping, as soon as I realize I need to buy something, I write it down on my grocery list.

(1) For inexplicable reasons, "personal life's things" does not sound natural.
(2) I'm not 100% sure what you meant by the last part of your sentence, but I took my best guess at it. Some native text might be helpful.

The capacity of my brain might be small.

I don't think your brain capacity is small; you have no problem remembering things from your personal life. Memory is just picky.
