Exhausted

I was exhausted today.
As usual, I go hiking every morning.
It takes about an hour to reach the top.
It takes about half an hour to go down the mountain.
I'm a big hiker, and I like hiking.
I didn't practice Tai Chi but I walk for exercise.
I walk every day and I feel that my leg muscles have become stronger.


今天我累坏了。
和往常一样,我每天早上都会去徒步。
到达山顶大约需要一个小时。
下山需要大约半小时。
