Contemplation is a good thing for the mind that lets our brain to strengthen connections and create new ones,
This type of change it's due to the plasticity that our brains have, although it decreases with the time, it doesn't disappear even at an old age with a brain that is changing constantly.
with our environment it's expected that the internet and devices that access our minds are molding the way we process information.
For a personal perspective, I should not choose a side it of the debate, since every technology carries the bad and the good.
The use of any tool carries its own responsibility.
To decrease the consequences, we need to start more conversations on the topic, the self restriction of the tools that improve our lives and the encouragement of deep thought can save us from our over optimization of everything.

This type of change it's due to the plasticity that our brains have, a. Although it decreases with the time, it doesn't disappear even at an old age, with a brain that is changing constantly.
wWith our environment it's expectedlikely that the internet and devices that access our minds are molding the way we process information.
"it's expected" implies you are talking about, say, societal expectations. For instance: "It was expected that girls should love soft, pink things". You are talking about what a group, oftentimes a majority, would expect out of something.
In this context, "it's expected" feels strange, so I've used "it's likely that...". Though, you might also say "With our environment, I'd expect that the internet..."
For a personal perspective,Personally, I don't think I should not choose a side it of the debate, since every technology carries both the bad and the good.
"For a personal perspective" is very formal and kind of odd, especially here. I'd probably say something like "personally", even in more formal writing.
After "personally", when talking about a personal opinion, I would usually follow it with "I think" or "I don't think" (or "wouldn't think" or "didn't think", etc).
Alternatively, I might say something like, "Personally, I wouldn't choose a side...", but this comes off more as what you think OTHERS should do (as well as yourself). This sentence would feel almost like a warning.
This is a case where I'd use "both". It helps make both "the bad" and "the good" feel more distinct. Without a "both", this sentence feels a little awkward to me.
The use of any tool carries its own responsibility.
To decrease the consequences, we need to start more conversations onabout theis topic, t. The self restriction of the tools that improve our lives and the encouragement of deep thought can save us from our over optimization of everything.
"This" can be used when talking about something that we have just been talking about for a while, usually when it's not a physical place or thing. In fact, you could shorten it even further to "...start more conversations about this".
