I was coufusd yesterday because one of my family had a problem. I was upset. But, now It is solved. I feel released.
A problem
I was counfused yesterday because one of my family members had a problem.
"family" is a collective, the implication is almost always a group, so when talking about one person you have to say so. you can say "one of my family members" "a family member" or "someone in my family"
But, now It is I was upset, but now it's been resolved.
Better to combine your two sentences than to start a sentence with "but". Also better to comma before "but" than after. We use "solve" mainly in questions e.g. "how do we solve this?" afaik, and when talking about problems in life working out we say "it's been resolved". Just more natural afaik
I feel releasieved.
I think you mean that the anxiety or stress you were feeling is gone, so it feels like those bad feelings have been released? But for this we use the word "relief" which is a noun of "relieve".

What you want to say comes across very easily (the most important part of communicating in another language, in my opinion)! Just added some alternative vocabulary to help sound more natural :)
I was counfused yesterday because one of my familya family member had a problem.
'family member' is a more natural sounding phrase.
I was upset.

But,I was upset, but now Iit is solved.
It doesn't break a grammar rule, but its odd to start a sentence with 'But'
