answering the question：To be honest, I aspire to create a podcast about public health, and I believe that immersing myself in the media industry and fully engaging with a project from start to finish is essential. Gaining familiarity with all aspects of production is invaluable for my podcast plans and the prospect excites me. I aim to craft something truly unique and immersive. Although, as previously mentioned, frontline work can be relentless with hardly any days off, it also deeply informs me of the vast amount I still have to learn. by the way，The industry's rapid growth also offers boundless opportunities, and overall, accumulating frontline experience is the primary reason I chose this job.
I say words very slowly，even I have some good words or phrases，I still can not speak fluently. Mabey I have to minus some words?

美味しいホットチョコレート
今日、友達の家に訪ねて美味しいホットチョコレートをいただきました。ホットチョコはあんまり好きじゃないですが、友達がスペインで買ったホットチョコなので気になりました。「Traditional」なホットチョコだそうです。（「Traditional」は日本語でどういいますか？）ブランドは「Vicens」、そして種類は「Xocolata Jolonch 60% Cocoa」です。作り方はまず、小さなソースパンに500ミリのミルクを沸かします。それに150グラムのチョコを入れます。とろりになるまで混ぜます。完成したホットチョコが美味しかったです。もう飲み物じゃなくてフォンデュみたいな食感でした。フルーツをdipしたかった。（「dip」は日本語でどう訳せばいいですか？）

T2-Tout quitter pour partir en voyage pendant un an
Chers internautes,
Récemment, une idée circule sur Internet, suggérant de tout quitter pour voyager pendant un an. À mon avis, cette proposition semble parfaite pour recharger nos batteries après des journées épuisantes de travail. Cependant, il y a aussi des risques à considérer.
D'abord, concernant les avantages, si l’on se sent perdu face aux défis de la vie, prendre une année pour ralentir et explorer de nouveaux aspects de soi peut être bénéfique. Voyager permet de vivre des expériences réelles, nous aidant à tourner la page et à poursuivre un chemin qui nous passionne. Cela nous encourage à profiter pleinement de chaque instant.
Cependant, abandonner tout pour de longues vacances nécessite de solides raisons. On risque de perdre des opportunités précieuses pour progresser dans notre carrière. De plus, un tel projet demande des ressources financières suffisantes, sinon les dettes accumulées pourraient empirer notre situation. Une année sabbatique est donc une bonne idée seulement si l’on a une vraie raison.

ちり紙とティッシュペーパー
最近インスタで面白いリールを見た。(日本語を学んでいる方へのリール。) それは現代の日本語にはちり紙よりティッシュペーパーがもっと用いられている。それだけじゃない、リールには他の例をあげた。例えば、背広とスーツ、台所とキッチン。私日本に住んでいたことがないから、それは初めて聞いた。ネイティブスピーカーが「ちり紙」を聞くと、どういう印象がありますか。どうして以前に用いられていた単語には漢字が現代の方より多い？ところで、どうしてそんなに短い間に(50年くらいかな？)同じものを表すの言葉は変わった？(個人的な所見だけど) 名詞の変わるのがあまり速くないと思う。

Questo semestre frequento un corso sul pregiudizio sociale che tratta le ricerche sulla discriminazione sociale e le sue basi. Oggi abbiamo affrontato come gli scienziati sociali riescono a misurare un concetto che sembra a volte piuttosto astratto. Si avvalgono di due tipi principali di misurazioni, cioè quello diretto e quello indiretto. I test diretti chiedono relativamente chiaramente ai partecipanti quanto pregiudicano i cosiddetti “outgroups” attraverso indagini su quanto pensano che i gruppi minoranzi possiedano caratteristiche negative. Queste scale sono utili ma a volte non riescono a svelare gli veri atteggiamenti nei confronti dei outgroups. Perciò esistono delle strategie indirette per misurare il livello individuale di pregiudizio. Oggi ci siamo concentrati sul concetto del “Linguistic Abstraction Bias”, ossia una scoperta sociolinguistica che asserisce che usiamo parole e espressioni astratte al fine di influire sull’ascoltatore cosicché comincia a condividere la nostra opinione. Per esempio, se un giornalista con pregiudizi verso gli immigrati vuole segnalare un assalto fatto da esso, direbbe “Migrante crudele assalì una donna italiana” invece di “Uomo di 25 anni picchia una donna di 20 anni”. Sfruttiamo di questo fenomeno del linguaggio astratto per descrivere sia le azioni positive dei membri “ingroup” sia le azioni negative dei membri outgroups, qualunque cosa per influenzare l’ascoltatore. Insomma la lingua di per sé è un attrezzo di cui sfruttiamo inconsciamente ogni volta che vorremmo convincere gli altri.

My Current Rule (98)
I used to like collecting books, but now I've sold most of my books I have had for a long time.
I only have a few books for studying English.
I also like buying clothes.
However, it's a hustle to organize all the clothes if you have lots of items.
So I made a rule.
If I buy a new clothes I get rid of one item, so that my wardrobe won't get too many clothes.

一個包含常用漢語短語的故事
大衛到了中國的北京，滿心期待地探索這座城市。一出機場，他對計程車司機說：你好！ 司機微笑著回應：早上好！我叫李師傅，你呢？ 大衛回答：我叫 大衛。
到了飯店後，大衛問司機：這個多少錢？ 司機說了價錢後，大衛給了錢，說：謝謝！ 司機笑著回應：不客氣！
第二天，大衛走進一家餐廳，點了一些當地美食。當他嚐了一口，心裡忍不住想：這個非常好吃！ 吃完後，他在街上閒逛，突然撞到一位路人。對不起，我不小心撞到你了， 大衛急忙說。路人禮貌地笑了笑，說：沒關係。
大衛在公園裡遇到一位當地朋友小李。大衛說：我們去公園，好嗎？ 小李點頭同意：好啊，走吧！

Мое отношение к деньгам
Думаю, что у меня здоровое отношение к деньгам, потому что я не ни скряга ни транжир. Сейчас у меня к счастью возможность откладывать деньги, и я это делаю на всякий случай, потому что в жизни, несчастные события могут быстро происходить. Я живу по средствам и обращаю внимание на то, сколько денег у меня остаётся.
Однако, я ненавижу скупость. Когда я хочу (и когда я могу, конечно) купить себе что-то приятного , например обед в ресторане или путешествие, я трачу для своего удовольствия, и я также трачу и для тех, которых я люблю. Здесь говорят скупоям, которые никогда не хотят открыть бумажник: «ты не унесёшь эти денгьи в могилу», и это совершенно правда. Использовать деньги нужно живым. Наслаждаться жизнью нужно живым. Но я не бесполезно трачу денег, чтобы впечатлить других или привлечь внимание. «Ооо, посмотрите, у меня большой дом с большой машиной! Это значит, что я важный человек!». Я оставляю такие деятельности дуракам с большими эго и маленькими ценностями.

Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und habe dieses Jahr mein Studium der Humanmedizin an der Medizinischen Universität XXX abgeschlossen. Ich bewerbe mich um eine Hospitation vom 1. März 2025 bis zum 1. Mai 2025.
Seit drei Jahren lerne ich Deutsch und habe nach erfolgreich bestandener Prüfung das international anerkannte Goethe-Zertifikat C1 erhalten. Neben Deutsch und meiner Muttersprache XXX beherrsche ich weitere Fremdsprachen wie Türkisch (fließend) und Englisch (gut).
Derzeit bereite ich mich auf die bevorstehende Fachsprachenprüfung Medizin im April vor. Daher bin ich davon überzeugt, dass diese Hospitation sowohl für die Vertiefung meines medizinischen Wissens, als auch für die Verbesserung meiner Sprachkenntnisse eine große Rolle spielen wird. Aus diesem Grund würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn Sie mir eine Hospitation ermöglichen könnten.

Sabato 9 novembre
Anche se sono appena le 11, è stata una giornata produttiva. Mi sono svegliata solo un po' più tardi del solito.
Mi sono allenata per un po' e poi ho fatto una brevissima passeggiata. Dopo essere ritornata a casa, ho studiato un po'.
Fra poco mia mamma viene a trovarci e ad andare insieme al ristorante. È un po' triste in questi giorni, e speriamo di renderla felice.
Ieri pensavo che oggi sarebbe stata una giornata impegnativa, però sono riuscita a portare a termine alcune cose che avevo da fare.
Dopo che saremo partiti dal ristorante, acompagneremo mia mamma a casa per passare un po' più di tempo con lei.

Leider wird Donald Trump wieder der amerikanische Präsident für die nächsten vier Jahre. Die Amerikaner haben am Dienstag gewählt, und ich habe früher gewählt, da die Wahllokale sehr voll waren. Kamala Harris hat die Präsidentschaftswahl verloren, und Transgender- und nichtbinäre Menschen wurden stark benachteiligt. Es hat mich schockiert, dass viele lateinamerikanische Männer für Trump gestimmt haben; sie waren wohl unzufrieden mit Harris und der Demokratischen Partei. Mehr junge Männer stimmten für Trump, während mehr junge Frauen für Harris stimmten. Ich denke, viele Menschen sind zurzeit nicht zufrieden mit der Inflation und der wirtschaftlichen Lage.

Shinjuku Gyoen (97)
I went to Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo with my friends last Monday.
The park is very famous, but I had never been there.
There were some huge grassy areas and lots of people were laying down relaxing there.
The place I really liked in the park was the avenue of London Planes.
It was amazing. It was like a scene from a movie.
I was completely captivated by the avenue, and took a lot of pictures of it.

Ciao! Sono Margherita e sono davvero felice di avere l'opportunità di sostenere questo colloquio per la posizione di animatore.
Ho sempre avuto una passione per il lavoro con le persone e per la creazione di atmosfere coinvolgenti.
Per me, fare l’animatore non è solo un lavoro, ma è un modo per rendere felici le persone e aiutarle a vivere momenti indimenticabili.
Desidero diventare animatore perché mi piace interagire con persone diverse e ispirarle a partecipare a varie attività.
Ho avuto esperienze nella gestione di giochi e eventi e cerco sempre di creare un'atmosfera di gioia e divertimento.
Io so comporre poesie e canzoni, suonare il pianoforte e cantare.
Credo che questo lavoro mi permetterebbe di sviluppare ulteriormente le mie abilità comunicative e creative, oltre a darmi la possibilità di portare un sorriso sul volto degli altri.

我回来了
我上个月生病了。好久没这样生病。有一天我在公共汽车里回家的路上，感觉太阳太热，这个感觉跟别的日子不同。下车后在坐11公交车，发现像蘑菇的草，我还以为我那天会再出去，因为我想拍那个蘑菇。我到家后，马上去睡但我睡过头。起床后，我很冷，也发烧了。下天我觉得我已经好了，谁知在三天会更病了，洗碗好难。幸亏在那个周末我们没有作业。现在已经好了。
我这些日子没来因为好懒也有拖延症。我有一个问题，如果我在坚持做一件事，然后突然停下来，会很难再次坚持😪。我就希望我能坚持的发文章在这儿和帮助别人。
我今天有白外套仪式。这个仪式是为了正式欢迎我们来到药学系。今天是周五，人们不喜欢在这一天来学校，所以不多人在大厅。
