Still not getting a right answer
One reason I want to open a snooker club.
Is that I want to improve my skill, I even want to become a professional player.
But I already seen few people try this method and fail.
Fail means the business didn’t make any profit and there skill only improve so little.
If you want to become a muscle-man do you need to open a gym?
What should I do will become a decent snooker player?

Buiten het raam
Het is al de derde dag waar het regent. Het hele weekend is grijs geweest, en ik zelf ben amper buiten geweest. Met de nieuwe sluitingstijden van sportscholen, heb ik ook deze week helemaal niet gesport. Nu dat ik heb dansen en parkour gekozen als mijn sport-hobbies en dat ik nooit meer naar de sportschool ga, ben ik meer afhankelijk van het weer.
De laatste paar maanden heb ik een hele goede leven gehad met veel reizen, drukte op werk (ik hou van mijn werk vooral als het behoorlijk druk is), een veel sociale avonden door de weeks. Deze “zegen” heeft me ook wat gekost. Ik heb bijna geen structuur in mijn weken en dagen, en dat betekent minder vrije tijd. Tja, niet echt minder vrije tijd, maar eigenlijk minder voorspelbare vrije tijd. Daarom kan ik minder afspraken maken (zoals taal lessen), en minder sporten.

Ten Minute Timer Planner
I start to use a ten minute time planner which has a graph paper and each cell means ten minutes.
If I study English in 50 minutes, then I can fill 5 cells as studying.
With this planner, I can visualize one day with cells and how much time I spend.
The purpose of using this planner is to study more time for studying English.
Actually, I need to spend a lot of time in English, but I seem like that is not enough now.
I hope I can practice more and more about English, not only at home but also at work.

I was Diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome last week
Last week, my husband and I had a preconception checkup. The result shocked me because I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which I had been underdiagnosed with in the past. I wrote the journal about my irregular menstrual cycle here a few weeks ago. I finally found the WHY.
It's a kind of endocrine problem which leads to anovulation, also a main cause of infertility. If the patients who have PCOS don't control diets and do exercise, it would lead to serious chronics such as obesity, type 2 diabetes. As if during pregnancy, it has a chance to have Gestational diabetes which causes problems to her and her baby.
However, the disease is not so scary, even though the women who have PCOS are harder to pregnant. At least, the problem could be improved via lifestyle change and weight loss. If those methods don't work, more professional medicare like the test-tube baby and artificial fertilization also are provided.
Thanks to the doctor's suggestion, it's lucky for me to lose more than 2 to 3 kilograms, which can make me healthier. And I will know which hormone is abnormal on the blood test report next month and take medicine to improve the problem.
According to much information about PCOS on the internet, I guess my problem results from insulin resistance which insulin has low sensitivity when taking in carbohydrates such as rice or bread.
If the result is expected of my judgment, then it's a piece of good news because the solution is to take low-carbohydrate diets. It fits my wishes and I would have less pressure to say NO to my family members who ask me to eat tasty food they prepare.

I drove to a shrine called Oumi Jingu this morning. There is a Japanese card game called "Hyakunin-Isshu" which has more than 1,200 years of history. The championships of Hyakunin-Isshu are held there, so this shrine is known as a sacred area for Hyakunin-Isshu.

La musica: italia vs australia
La musica è qualcosa che ha condiviso tra tutte culture, ognuno distinta e unica al loro proprio paesi. La musica ci collegare insieme, con le cose che amiamo e può ricordarci dei ricordi. La musica è ovunque nelle nostre vite ed è profondamente integrato nella storia. È un tempo passato che ha condiviso nel quasi ogni paese.
Oggi esplereremo questi differenze e somiglianze della musica che hanno diviso in Italia ed Australia.
Una parte distinta della cultura musica d’Italia è l’opera. È diventata un aspetto specifico che rappresenta Italia, è molto identificabile non appena lo sentiamo.
L’opera d’Italia ha messo con grande considerazione, e ha considerato di un’alta cultura. Storicamente, ci sono I problemi sociali siccome ha originato dalla nobilità e dedicato per le persone dell’alta società. Le opere hanno considerato un aspetto sociale e hanno rafforzato prestigio sociale nella collocazione dei pubblici nella sala.
Questi problemi sono morti nella società contemporaneo e ha diventato meno conservatore e più aperto.
Delle opere famose includono:

- Un famoso gruppo moderno italiano che tutto sappiamo è Måneskin.
In contro la musica d’Australia non è riguarda con così rispetto e nobilità. La maggior parte del tempo la musica d’Australia rifletta il tempo passato e la cultura.

เพราะผมทุกว้นติดงาน ชีวิตของผมน่าเบื่อมาก ผมรู้สึกว่าผมควรเรียนของใหม่ ดังนั้นผมเริ่มเรียนภาษาไทย แต่เรียนภาษาไทยหนักมาก ผมอยากยกเลิกบ่อย แต่อาทิตย์ก่อนผมรู้จักคน ๑ คน เขาเป็นคนไทย เขาว่าถึงเรียนภาษาไทยหนักมากก็อย่ายกเลิก เพราะเขาอยากพูไทยกับผม คำพูดของเขาให้ผมสะเทือนใจมาก หมู่นี้ผมรู้สึกว่าผมต้องเรียนภาษาไทยดี ดังนั้นผมครั้งแรกรู้จักครุภาษาไทย ๑ คนแล้ว ผมคิดว่าผมเรียนภาษาไทยกับครุดีกว่า

Was ist eine Familie?
Eine Familie ist für mich ein soziales Kreis, in dem seiner Mitglieder miteinander emotional bzw biologisch verbindet werden. Die Verbindung soll moralisch sowie gesetzlich verpflichtet sein. Viele Modelle geben diese Kernstruktur einer Familie um, hängt davon ab, die Number der Mitglieder und ihrer biologische Beziehungen.
Was Familie für mich bedeutet, ist Liebe. Grundsätzlich muss jeder Mitglieder einer Familie die Individualität voneinander, sogar manche bösartige, akzeptieren können, um so eine nachhaltige Beziehung zu führen.

Wer ist Toby? Toby ist der Hund von meiner Freundin. Meine Freundin hat Toby vor elf Jahren gekauft. Sie sagt mir ,dass Toby sehr schäg war und er hat immer das Möbel abgebissen.Toby ist jetzt elf Jahren und ist ein spielfreudiger und liebevoller Hund . Wie ist Toby? er ist ein Schwarzer Cocker Spaniel mit großen Augen,eine feuchte Nase und er hat lange Ohren . Ich liebe Toby.
Meine Freundin macht urlaub im Dezember in den U.S.A und ich betreue Toby für ein Monat. Ich hatte einmal einen Hund.Sein Name war Body. Body war ein Golden Retriver aber er ist Leider gestorben.Ich habe immer Fussball mit Body gespielt trotzdem ein Nachbar hat ihn vergiftet.

アメリカは大きい国ですから、色々な気候があります。最北端のアラスカ州なら、夏にも涼しいんです。実は、夏に雪が降ったことがあると聞いたことがあります！ でも、最南端のフロリダ州なら、年中暑いんです。しんせきはフロリダ州に住んでいて、私は時々クリスマスに訪ねます。冬けど、海に行って泳げるんです！私の出身地はワシントン州のシアトル市です。ワシントンは北の州だけど、シアトルの気候は温帯なんです。夏はあまり暑くなくて、冬はあまり寒くないんです。理由は、シアトルの西側に海があって、東側に山がありますから。アメリカに場所によって天気がいつもちがいます。

Thought
In fact, the effective time in our life is only about twenty years. Most of us before our thirties didn't know the preciousness of our time. We only know we should cherish time until after fifty, but by then our body already can not support our ambitions. So take big advantage of time to do what you want when you are still young because your time is limited, no matter how diligent you are, and the effective time for you in your whole life is only about twenty years.

Два года назад у меня была неплохой жизнь. У меня был обычная работа в среднем компанией и жил в обычном районе. Кроме того у меня была красывая девушка.
Однажды что-то случилось. Я задумывался о своей жизнь. Я не был счастливы, так я решил сделать большие измененя в своей жизней.
В тот день, я написаль цели на листок бумаги. Эти цели чтобы изменять своей жизни.
Мне было только 30 лет и я был в плохой образ жизни то моя первая цель была пытаться здоровой пищей и быть в хорошей форме.
У меня была плохоя самооценка и все время шел с опущенной головой.
цель была улучшать самооценка. И третья последняя цель была изменить образом жизни. У меня была скучная жизнь и я хотел более эмоциональная жизнь. Я придумал действия чтобы совершить эти цели.
В первый, я изменил гроуп своых друзей, они были ленивыми и пытались плохо всё время. Они плохо влияют на меня.
Я тоже порвал с свой подругой так как и она уничтожила мою самооценку.
Two years ago I didn't have a bad life. I had a normal job in a medium size
Company and lived in an ordinary neighborhood. Besides I had a pretty girlfriend.
One day all changed. I started thinking in how I was living. I wasn't happy, so I decided to make some big changes in my life.
That day, I wrote a list of objectives that I wanted to do in a piece of paper. Those objectives were with the aim to change my life.
I was only 30 years but I was not in good shape, so the first objective was to eat healthy and be in good shape.
I didn't value myself and always walked with my head down. The second objective was to improve my self-esteem. And the third and last objective was to change my lifestyle. I had a boring life and I wanted a life with more emotions.I thought about the actions to accomplish these objectives.
First, I changed my group of friends, they were lazy and ate junk food all the time. They were a bad influence for me.
I also broke with my girlfriend because she destroyed my self esteem. I was much better without her.

Un casse-tête de mon mari
Mon mari allait en Royaume-Uni en déplacement demain, mais depuis l'allocution du Président Johnson à environ 18h30, la situation a beaucoup chagné et il est maintenant en train de chercher arudument des information pour comment parvenir à mener bien à son travail.
Le changement est de faire isoler les voyageurs jusqu'à ce que leurs résultats PCR arrivent. Avant, ils devaient passer des testes PCR mais ils pouvaient se déplacer comme ils voulaient, sauf qu'ils ne venaient pas des pays dans la liste rouge. Mais le nouveau variant, Omicrona bousculé la condition. Le président n'a pas précisé à partir de quand ça sera rendu obligatoire ou comment gérér des voyageurs qui avaient déjà réservé des teste PCR mais devraient l'avancer pour travailler comme prévu dans le programme changé. Je pense qu'il n'a pas encore vraiment considéré cela, comme ce n'est pas la priorité : ce qui est le plue important, c'est de freiner la propagation du variant épouvantable.

Un pigment
Ma journée aujourdh'ui n'a pas été tres passionante, donc j'ai decidé de traduire un paragraphe que j'avais déjà écrit en anglais pour mon boulot. Il y a queques mots plutôt techniques que j'ai dû chercher dans le dictionnaire. Merci !
Le rose garance est un pigment lacqué alizarin, qui est fabriqué en précipitant de la teinture extraite de la racine du garence sur un base inerte. En grande partie, il a été remplacé par des pigments alizarins synthetiques, mais il est toujours utilisé comme un ingrédient dans quelques peintures commercialles. Il donne un pigment très transparent, avec peu de force colorant, qui peut être utilisé avec n'importe quel medium sans chaux, mais il sèche tres lentement à l'huile. Il est peu résistant à la lumiere, donc des tableaux qui contiennent du garence devraient être entreposés d'une facon appropriée, mais il reste un des pigments végétaux le plus résistant. Il lui faut un agent mouillant pour aider la dispersion.
