Exercice pendant la canicule
En fait j'essaie de faire de l'exercice même pendant les canicules parce que ça m'aide à mieux gérer (et supporter) la chaleur. Mais laisse-moi prendre un peu de recul pour mieux expliquer.
Quand il fait très chaud – c'est à dire plus de trente degrés – j'ai tendance à me sentir assez languide et à vouloir rester la plupart de la journée chez moi. Là il m'aide beaucoup d'avoir des rendez-vous et des événements répartis sur la semaine qui m'empêche de devenir trop paresseux. Et le sport en fait partie. J'assiste un cours de fitness une ou deux fois par semaine. Là il y a une personne dans le centre de la salle qui montre les exercices et tout le monde l'encercle et essaie de l'imiter. On fait une partie de la cardio et après une partie plus courte de la musculation. Le tout est accompagné par de la musique très forte (et un peu chiante, soyons honnêtes) et dure soixante-quinze minutes. Pendant la canicule les premières quinze ou vingt minutes sont de l'enfer. Mais après ça va et mon corps s'adapte. Et quand je sors la salle de sport la chaleur dehors est beaucoup plus supportable et je me sens largement mieux.

Per cosa è famoso lo stato da cui vieni?
La regiona da cui vieno è famosa per due cose: il vino e la mostarda.
Il vino di Borgogna è molto famoso. Qui si coltivano vigneti dall'antichità, e nel Medioevo, i vini borognoni (soprattutto i vini bianchi) erano serviti alla tavola dei re di Francia. La nostra superficie vinicola totale è più piccola di quella di Bordeaux; tuttavia, è di qualità e penso che i metodi di produzione siano anche più tradizionali. Da 2015, i climi di Borgogna sono inclusi nel patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. In questo senso, "clima" non fa riferimento al tempo, ma alle aziende vinicole e alla composizione dei suoli che dà vini unici. Senza sorpresa, una gran parte della cultura borgognone si è costruita sul vino, e ancora oggi, il settore viticolo è il più importante (con il turismo) per la nostra economia.
La tradizione della mostarda è anche molto vecchia. Si dice che i Gallici la conoscevano già. Poi, sotto i ducchi di Borgogna, era un simbolo di richezza e di raffinatezza. Dopo della seconda guerra mondiale, la domanda è cresciuta molto e la produzione locale di semi in Borgogna non bastava più per soddisfarla. Perciò, abbiamo iniziato a ne importare da altri paesi. Ora, un gran parte della produzione consiste in mostarda industriale da semi che non sono coltivati in Borgogna. Tuttavia, con la tendenza "locavore" di oggi, ricomenciamo a coltivare campi di mostarda, e la mostarda tradizionale ha il vento in poppa. Davvero, spero che la tendenza continuerà!
Abbiamo altri simboli, come il ribes nero (da questo, facciamo una liquore e una "crema") ma che non sono molto conosciuti nel mondo. Che peccato, perché tutti quelli che visitano la Borgogna provano la liquore de ribes nero e a tutti la piace molto!

Le talent
Dans cette monde il y a des personnes qui sont nés avec du talent aux certains domains. Quelques gens sont plus rapides, fortes, intelligents etc que nous. Ce n'est pas quelque chose qu'on peut choisir; bien sûr il y a aussi des gens avec un talent dans un dormain qu'ils n'aiment pas. Le plus frustrant est quand tu n'as pas un talent pour la chose que tu adores et c'est pire si tu rencontres quelqu'un avec ce talent que tu n'as pas. Chacune peut travailler dûr, mais est-ce que tu peux surpasser quelqu'un qui travaille dûr est qui a le talent? Parfois on n'arrive pas mais ce n'est pas grave fais ton mieux et abandonner pas. Si c'est quelque chose tu aimes tu vas t'amuser et n'a pas eu des regrets.

Maintenant, je vis à Montréal.
J'ai quitté Montréal en juin 2018, car j'ai obtenu mon diplôme universitaire. Après que j'ai fini, je suis allé en Corée du Sud pour habiter et travailler là-bas pendant une année. J'ai voulu vraiment apprendre le coréen, mais malheureusement, je ne l'ai fait pas.
Quand j'ai terminé avec mon travail en Corée du Sud, je suis allé à étudier l'espagnol au Guatemala. J'ai absolument aimé ma vie là-bas alors que je suis resté au Guatemala plus longtemps que je ne pensais y rester.
Mon espagnol est très, très bon à présent. Je considère que mon espagnol est proche de cela comme un locuteur natif. Dès ce jour-ci, je me concentre sur l'amélioration de mon français.
C'est clair que j'ai des problèmes avec mon français. Mais, c'est normal ; ce n'est pas ma langue maternelle, et ce n'est pas une langue très utilisée dans mes pays d'origine (Panama et États-Unis).
Je vais essayer de pratiquer le français tous les jours. En fait, je me suis inscrit pour étudier à l'Université de Montréal, une université francophone, pour me forcer à "nager" et utiliser le français tous les jours.
Je ne suis pas sûr si j'écrivais ici tous les jours, si cela m'aiderait à améliorer mon français o non, mais j'essaierais quand même.

どちらの文法を初めに習えばいい？
日本語を習う人々の中で、某論争がずっと続きます。日本に行ったことのないある人は日本語を習い始める時に、丁寧語から始めたらいいですか。あるいはカジュアルなフォームから始めることにすべきですか。
無論、いずれ両方を勉強するべきです。どちらかというと、私に対してカジュアルフォームを自然的に使って書くことがもっと難しいです。実は、そういうわけでここに日本語で書きながら、カジュアルフォームでちょくちょく書くのですよ。
でもね、昔々、高校一年生に日本語を習い始めたとき、私自身は丁寧語しか勉強しませんでした。理由は分かります。先生と話し合うために、丁寧語の方が方が相応しいですね。
高校三年生になって初めてカジュアルフォームの存在をさえ聞いたことがあります。ところが、日本語の文法は一からやり直すしかなかったように感じました。日本語に関して、動詞の語形変化や慣用語句の語源は、カジュアルフォームこそ流れを汲むのです。それで、論理的に方が習いやすくなります。
ときどき生徒は、私が日本語を学ぶと聞いて、助言を何人か仰ぎます。アニメや漫画やドラマだけで習ってみるつもりだと言います。私は、実際にそのように話してはならないと言おうとしますね。それでも、ある学生は、ばつが悪い会話に懲りたがるらしいです！

Thoughts on education
There are differing opinions on whether entertaining lessons are the best option for educating people. A substantial amount of individuals believe that dynamic classes are more enjoyable for students. On the other hand, some people assert that a serious lesson is more understandable. I, myself, prefer classes which are presented in a formal manner.
First of all, a serious class allows people to focus solely on the subject of matter. Whereas an "entertaining" lesson encourages students to get distracted. In this sense, a formal model of class is useful when a professor is teaching a hard science, such as Mathematics, since pupils can follow along with the logical reasoning without thinking about anything else.
Secondly, a formal lesson leaves a good impression of the teacher on the students. When I was in highschool, I had a Mathematics teacher who used this approach when lecturing. I remember that I was amazed with this magnificent way of teaching. I held this professor in high regard. As a matter of fact, this class inspired me to pursue a career on engineering. This exhibits how a serious type of teaching may improve the impression a student holds of a professor.
Lastly, the learning pace is higher in a serious class. When a professor teaches using a formal approach, students can dedicate more time to learning the subject, instead of carrying out activities which are not directly related to the topic. By using "entertaining" activities, teachers tend to loose valuable time that may be used instead in learning something else.
To sum up, formal lessons allow to think only about the topic of the class. Besides, a serious education may inspire people. When teachers use a formal approach, the learning pace of the class is higher. Forethere, I consider that formal, serious classes are absolutely better than "entertaining" classes.

¿Mi español es práctico?
Tengo una racha de practicar con Dúolingo: ¡veintiséis días! Pero ya sé que Dúolingo no puede enseñar todo, así que yo practico en otras maneras también. Uso repetición especiada y inmersión lingüística (con y sin subtítulos en español).
Pero me siento frustrato hoy. Yo específicamente quiero aprender español mexicano por que es el dialecto más útil para mi trabajo. Bueno, cuando intenté habler en español al batería mexicano en mi grupo (yo toco el bajo), no entendió nada. Al principio, ¡él creyó que yo estaba hablando italiano! En serio. Cuanto dije, "Me duché," él dijo que nadie dice "ducharse." Él usa un verbo diferente. Ya lo olvidé, pero es un verbo reflexivo. ¿Creo que empieza con V?
Así que yo tengo dos problemas como mínimo. Tengo que mejorar mi fonología y tengo que aprender palabras más útil. Este viaje de aprender español parece largo algunos días.

Nos Lune de Miel
Il y a trois mois, j'ai voyagé en France pour ma lune de miel. Mon mari et moi sommes arrivés à Nice et avons exploré la Côte d'Azur pendant une semaine. Mon mari a préféré Nice, mais moi, j'ai préféré Villfranche-sur-Mer.
Depuis, nous avons voyagé à Avignon et avons exploré la Provence pendant une semaine. Nous avons pris le train de Nice à Avignon et nous avons trouvé le voyage être lisse. Il faisait très chaud, mais nous avons apprécié l'histoire de la region. En particulier, nous avons aimé les amphithéâtre romains.

Mit ünnepeltél utoljára?
Múltkor volt a húgom diplomázása. Mentünk egy másik városba. Nagyon kenyemetlen volt az utazás mert sokan vagyunk és kocsival mentünk. A hely, ahol a diplomasztó volt, volt egy stadion. Nem tudtam behózni a kávémet és el kellet dobnom. De bent mindenki vásárolhat egy italt. :( Jó volt a diplomázás. Volt egy k.b. 60 éves férfi, aki magkapta a mesterét és mindenki taposolt. A diplomasztó nagyon hosszú volt, majdnem 3 óráig tartott.
A diplomázás után étterembe mentünk enni. Nem tetszett a hely, mert általában nem eszem nagyon zsíros és sült ételt. Kár, hogy minden jó étterem elfoglalt vagy tele volt.Sajnos haza kellet mennünk és nem tudtunk sokak ünnepeli. De fényképeztünk a húgommal. Vettem neki egy kis ajándékot. De az a baj, hogy a posta megtörte és meg kell javítnom. Oh, elfelejtettem írni, hogy vettünk néhány diplomázási léggömböt és egy kis süni plüsst, ami diplomázási ruha van rajta. Nagyon cuki volt.

Internetverbindung und Medien
Das Thema geht es um der Zusammenhang zwischen Internetverbindung und Medien. Es ist fragwürdig, welche Hindernisse in den weg der Internetnutzer zu Informationzugagn sind. Deshalb denkt man darüber nach, ob Internet wirklich Zugang zu Informationen für uns verbreitet oder nicht. Als das umstrittene Thema ist, gibt es geteilte Meinungen dazu. Die Befürworter behaupten, dass Internetzugang uns wie Neue Medien hilft, Nachrichten augenblicklich zu bekommen. Dagegen üben Andere Kritik daran, dass man zur Internetnutzung ausführliche und vorige Erlernen braucht, weil es sehr schwierig und komplex ist. In erster Linie möchte ich hier Vorteile anhand der Gegenüberstellung nennen. Führer sollte man darauf warten, dass ein Lieblingsprogramm von einem Kabelfernsehen in bestimmten Zeit ausgestrahlt geworden ist. Aber heute können wir dank der Internetanschluss grenzlos über weltweite Kanäle verfügen. Wir brauchen nicht mehr zu zappen, um interessante Programm zu finden oder Uninteressante her und hin zu springen; während unser Sender nach unserem Geschmack Programmen für uns auswählt. Infolgedessen haben gewöhnliche Glotze weniger Möglichkeiten als online Streaming, ZB Untertitel oder pause. Allerdings gibt es nicht nur Argumente, die für das Internet sprechen. Ein wichtiges Argument dagegen ist natürlich, dass Komplexität des Systems für Neulinge auf das Internet zu Problem führt. Beispielsweise können Senioren mit Schwierigkeit eben ihre amtliche oder bürokratische Formulare online ausfüllen; nun wie können sie sämtlich gültige Informationen bekommen?! Außerdem ist unser Privatleben von Hacker und Unternehmen gefährdet. Unternehmen abhören unsere Informationen, die wir freiwillig uploaden, um nach uns zu untersuchen, damit wir ihre Produkte verwirrt und unabsichtlich kaufen. Das steht unserem Wille entgegen. Ich bin für das Internetzugang als neue Media, weil man kostenlos und schnell viele Berichten ausgleichen und lesen können. Langfristig gesehen glaube ich, dass die gesetzliche Maßnahme zum Datenschutz brauchbar ist, damit die Firma unsere private Daten nicht ausnützen dürfen.

El terraplanismo
Acabo de ver un vídeo que trata del terraplanismo que me decepcionó mucho. En el vídeo, un par de amigos entrevistan a alguien que se identifica como terraplanista sobre sus creencias. Sin embargo, las pruebas que tiene y que supuestamente demuestra que la tierra es plana no son convincentes. La teoría del terraplanismo no se basa en la ciencia pero ha experimentado un aumento de popularidad en los últimos años. La teoría hace afirmaciones extravagantes, como que la tierra no gira alrededor del sol y tiene forma de un disco.
La falta de pensamiento crítico me preocupa mucho. Demuestra que hay miles de personas que creen que después de haber visto un par de vídeos de Youtube se han convertido en expertos que pueden debatir siglos de investigación. Afirman que no deberíamos aceptar todo sin cuestionarlo, pero su escepticismo va demasiado lejos, hasta el punto de negar el sentido común y pruebas irrefutables.

Opiniones sobre películas polémicas
¿Tienes una opinión polémica sobre un libro, película o serie de televisión? ¿Qué es?
Cuando era niño, me gustaban las películas de Transformers, aunque supongo que eso no debe sorprender a nadie. Después de todo, cuando eres niño, no te importa si la película tiene trama ni si tiene sentido, siempre que tenga muchas secuencias de acción.
Creo que me gustaban tanto porque siempre me ha gustado la creación de mundos ficticios. Me asombran los universos de Marvel y de Star Wars no porque me gustan las películas, sino porque me intrigan los idiomas, las culturas y las historias que los habitan.
Lo que me molestaba de Transformers no era la falta de trama, sino la falta de explicación sobre el planeta natal de esos seres de metal. ¡Nunca lo explicaron de verdad!
En serio, me cuesta mucho verlas ahora por las acusaciones de Megan Fox contra el director. No obstante, eso es otro tema.

自分と友達になること。
「人生で学んだ最も大切なことは何ですか。」と聞かれたら、どう答えますか。
子供の頃から人見知りの私は友達を作る能力が欠けていました。歳を取るに連れてそういう能力を身につけてきましたが、築いた関係が全部、ついに消え失せてしまいました。「私は多分、つまらない人間だね」と、そのような悲観的な思いにとらわれたことが、少なくなかったです。
二十代に入って、面白いことに気が付きました。どんなに深い関係でも、同じように終わってしまったということ。親友であろうと彼氏であろうと、皆私をないがしろにしはじめました。私に対する態度がだんだん素っ気ないというか、粗雑なものになってきました。彼らが悪かったんですけど、自分を化け物として考えていた私は「全部私のせいだ！」という考え方をとりました。
でも一年前、全部、まるっきり変わりました。
やっと、私が欠けていたものを理解してきたと思います。
自尊心。
周りの人と関係を築く前にはまず、自分と信頼関係を築かなければならないという結論に至りました。自分を尊敬しなければだれも尊敬してくれないでしょう。自分と親友になって自分を大切にする必要性をやっと認識してきました。
私の人生の節目になったあの日から、絶望の底に突き落とされたことは一度もなかったです。
また私の信頼を裏切る人ができたら、もうこれ以上私を深く傷つけることなんてできないと確信しています。
私には、私がいるからです。私を支えてくれる私。いつでも守ってくれる私。
このままなら平気です。

Ich denke gerade darüber nach, was ich mit meinem Leben machen möchte. Ich überlege, ob ich zurück nach Österreich gehen möchte, um da zu studieren. Ich muss dafür leider eine Prüfung nehmen, um meine Deutschkenntnis zu beweisen. Deshalb habe ich heute hier ein Konto erstellt, um mein Deutsch zu verbessern. Korrigiere bitte alles, was unnatürlich klingt. Ich möchte, dass ich auch fließend klinge. 日本語会話クラブ
はい、ほかの日本語の勉強している人と夏に会いました。ある大学は日本語会話のクラブというようなものを成立して、そこに行って直接に会いました。大半は私と同じようにそんなにうまく話せない人たちでしたが、その中で三人が話すのはとても上手でした。少し驚きました。通っている大学でいろんな日本語の先生を見たことがありましたが、この三人は先生よりうまいと思いました。発音について、特に。スペイン語の発音は日本語のと似ていますが、異なるところもありますから、それをうまくできるために意図的な練習が必要です。先生はその練習に重要性を感じないと思いました。数年前日本語を学んだ人ですから、その時発音の練習は今より難しかったでしょうけれど。

Viele Schüler beschäftigen sich mit der Schulzeitung, ihre Meinungen zu veröffentlichen. Deshalb denkt man darüber nach, ob man mit der Zeitung etwas Neues erlernen kann. Doch die Meinungen dazu sind geteilt. Die Befürworter hoffen, dass Schulzeitung sowohl pädagogische Ziele als auch Erwerb der sozialen Kompetenzen für Schüler/innen ermöglicht. In Laufe der Zeitungsverbreitung können jugendliche Zusammenarbeit erwerben und ihre kreative Idee sich durchsetzen. Kritiker wenden jedoch ein, dass Vorbereitung der Zeitung zu zeitaufwendig ist, sodass sie kaum zeit für verpflichtende Lehrstoff haben. Meiner Meinung nach ist Schreiben hilft den Kindern und Jugendlichen Ihre Meinungsvielfalt zu haben und zu schätzen. Beispielsweise können sie mit der Redaktion und Verlauf des Druckes vertraut machen. Darüber hinaus erlernen sie grundlegende Faktoren in Presseorgane, sodass sie von Propaganda in Zukunft nicht vortäuscht werden, weil sie die Fakten von den Meinungen sich voneinander trennen könnten. Mit gelernter Teamfähigkeit werden sie sich von ihrer zukünftigen Kollegin abheben. Auf der anderen Seite muss man aber bedenken, dass außerfahrplanmäßige Aktivitäten wie Schulzeitung nicht konkreten Lehrstoff ersetzen.

Calvin e Hobbes: la lettera anonima - parte 9
Calvin giunge correndo dopo una giornata a scuola.
"Ho ricevuto un'altra lettera oggi?" chiede Calvin alla madre, ansioso di sapere se c'è una nuova lettera anonima dal suo "difamatore segreto".
"Sì, quando scrivi a te stesso, ricevi molte lettere", risponde lei, porgendogli la busta.
"Cosa stai dicendo? Io non scrivo a me stesso!", protesta lui.
"Dai, Calvin, lo so che sei stato lasciando queste lettere per il postino ogni giorno", dice lei.
"Aspetta un attimo! Queste lettere vengono da casa nostra??", chiede Calvin, scioccato.
"Oh, e comunque, vorrei che me lo chiedessi prima di tagliarmi le riviste, ok?" aggiunge lei.
"VABBÈ, DOV'È QUEL MISERABILE FELINO PIDOCCHIOSO ?!?" urla Calvin a pieni polmoni.
Nel ultimo riquadro, si vede Hobbes che sta ritagliando lettere da una rivista in segreto.
