Giovedì
Sono stanchisima, penso al weekend. Non ho ancora tempo per rilassarmi, ma farò un pisolino dopo aver finito il lavoro.
Oggi ho aiutato un altro collega la cui madrelingua è il francese. Era molto gentile e ci siamo capiti bene.
Non ho molte cose da dire al momento, il mio cervello è stanco e mi sento stanca. Ho bisogno delle ferie.

Le rituel du soir
J’ai déjà parlé de mon neveu qui a 6 ans. Sa mère lui enseigne à être indépendant et à faire son rituel du soir par lui-même. J’ai déjà décrit le programme que mon neveu doit pratiquer chaque matin et son programme avant d’aller dormir est assez similaire.
Normalement, la famille dîne ensemble à 18 heures. Après avoir pris son dîner, mon neveu a un peu de temps libre. D’habitude, il joue avec ses jouets. Après sa mère a nettoyé la cuisine, il l’accompagne à la salle de bain. Là, il faut qu’il se brosse les dents soigneusement. Ensuite, il peut choisir s’il souhaite prendre soit une douche soit jouer dans la baignoire. Évidement, souvent il choisit la baignoire. Cependant, il y une règle : jouer dans la baignoire est réservé pour le vendredi et le week-end.
Il a le choix de porter n’importe quel pyjama et je sais que son pyjama préféré est celui avec un motif de poissons. Enfin, c’est le temps de dormir et l’un de ses parents lui fait la lecture. En ce moment, son roman préféré est l’histoire de « Dennis the menace ». Il s’agit d’un petit garçon espiègle assez similaire à mon neveu. Après un quart d’heure, c’est temps d’éteindre la lampe. Le rituel du matin
Mon neveu qui a 6 ans est très mignon et il souhaite être traité comme un adulte. Pendant les vacances de l’été, sa mère lui a appris son rituel du matin. Ses instructions étaient bien claires. Il faut qu’il se lève à 8 heures, cependant, le week-end, il peut se lever plus tard. Néanmoins, s’il se réveille plus tôt, elle lui a demandé de rester dans sa chambre jusqu’à 8 heures. Par contre, pendant les jours d’école, il faut absolument se lever lorsque l’alarme se déclenche.
Alors, quel est ce rituel du matin ? Je vais vous expliquer. En bref, après s’être levé, mon neveu doit se brosser les dents pendant 2 minutes. Ensuite, il faut qu’il se lave le visage avec du savon. Puis, il peut choisir n’importe quels vêtements, soit les shorts et un T-shirt, soit un pantalon et une chemise.
Mon neveu a des cheveux noirs et bouclés et il déteste les peigner. Mais, sa mère a insisté qu’il utilise soit une brosse à cheveux soit un peigne chaque matin. Je sais souvent qu’il ignore ces instructions et il prétend de s’être coiffé. Oui, mon neveu est mignon, mais il est aussi espiègle.

Nutzung und Verbreitung der E-books
Seit einigen Jahren sind die E-books seht beliebt und manche Leute sogar behaupten, dass E-books traditionelle Bücher ersetzen werden. Ich bin der Meinung, dass E-books unumstritten viele Vorteile für unseres Leben bringen, aber solche Ersetzung wird nie passieren.
Es gibt eine Reihe Gründe, warum E-books so verbreitet ist. Einer davon ist, dass das Gewicht von den Geräten der E-books leichter als Bücher, z,B.Kindle. Man kann jeder Zeit und überall lesen.
Außerdem kosten E-books normalerweise niedriger als traditionelle Bücher, manche sind sogar kostenfrei. im Vergleich zum traditionellen Bücher kann man neue E-books im Internet in ersten Sekunden herunterladen, ohne Lieferzeit zu warten.
Noch ein weiter Vorteil ist, dass durch E-books es effektiv ist, Auszüge der Bücher zusammenzustellen.
Auch wenn E-books viele Bequemlichkeiten bringen, sollte man die Schwierigkeiten bei der Nutzung von E-books nicht ignorieren.
Zuerst ist die Kapazität von Batterie beschränkt. Hinzu kommt eine weitere Schwierigkeit, wenn man lange Zeit E-books/Bildschirm schauen, könnte es schädlich für die Augen.
Danke für neue Technology haben wir mehr alternative Möglichkeiten, Lektüre zu genießen.
Man kann mit Hilfe von KI ein Bücher hören, was nicht nur ein Buch genießen, sondern auch die Augen gleichzeitig entspannen kann.

Extremsporte
Als ich ein Kind war, spielte ich viele Extremsporte, die mich nicht eignen, weil ich kühl und modisch aussehen und etwas neu erfahren möchte, aber als ich meinen Unfall hatte, gab ich mehr Achten und spielte ich normalen Sport, wie Fußball spielen und schwimmen.
Bei uns in Syrien ist das Treiben von extremen Sporten in den letzten Jahren weit verbreitet, besonders bei den Jugendlichen, wie ich bereits sagte, weil sie kühl und modisch aussehen und etwas neu probieren möchten.
Extremsport hat, wie alles im Leben, Vor- und Nachteile.
Einerseits kann man sich von der Arbeit ablenken und frei fühlen. Außerdem kann man seine Angst überwinden, zum Beispiel ich habe Höhenangst. Deshalb bin ich einen Fallschirm springen.
Andererseits sind Extremsporte sehr gefährlich. Deshalb verletzt man sich und hat Unfälle. Zusätzlich finden viele Leute, dass es Geld- und Zeitverschwendung.
Meiner Meinung nach sollten die Jugendlichen Extremsporte spielen, um etwas neu zu erfahren, aber sie müssen Schutzkleidung tragen.

Suzhou
Suzhou is west of Shanghai, only about 100 kilometers from Shanghai, and a prefecture city of Jiangsu province.
Suzhou is considered the most developed and rich city among Chinese prefecture level cities and its GDP is higher than the capital city, Nanjing, of Jiangsu Province.
An old saying goes "上有天堂, 下有苏杭", which means Suzhou and Hangzhou (the capital of Zhejiang Province) are as nice as paradise.
Another proverb is "苏湖熟, 天下足‘’, which means as long as Suzhou and Huzhou (a prefecture level city of Zhejiang Province located on the south of the Taihu Lake. Suzhou is on the north of the Taihu Lake) regions have a bumper harvest, people all over the country won't go hungry.
Interestingly, I don't know why Chinese people believe that women who are born and raised in Suzhou and Hangzhou are very beautiful. Although I don’t have eyes for distinguishing beauty, Chinese people do have the old saying "苏杭出美女".
The fact undoubtedly is, in 2023, according to the statistical data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, Suzhou's GDP is in sixth place in China. Cities ahead of it regarding GDP are Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Chongqing.
With such a great performance, yet Suzhou is only a prefecture level city, and many cities have a higher administrative level and population than it.
In a word, Suzhou's industries are very developed and it is one of the richest areas in China.

Third journal: "How I am learning the English language"
Today is September 21th in 2023. It's my third journal. Today I do big English test. I must repeat all theme which I learned. Oh I forgot to say you - I have A2 level English, but I started learning English from begin. I think it very good choise to learning English. I forgot read [red] the book ( It's correct use article THE in this place?) "The Little Prince". I must read this book today. I promise.
Oh, I read [red] in internet (Must I use in or on?) what I need to listen English speech. It's help me learning English faster. I found on Apple Podcast some intetesting the Podcasts. It's so intetsting when I understand large piece of diologues or monologues. For example I started listening "Easy English Expression". This podcast has many episodes. It's near 1000 episodes. I think this amount enough for me.

La época de IA ha venido oficialmente. Podemos ver que la IA ha crecido rápidamente en varios ámbitos y ayuda a estos ámbitos que sea más eficaz. Además, la IA ha cambiado la manera de los traders en el mercado y sus paquetes de inversiones.
La IA es un sistema innovado por la gente para que ayude a personas mejorar nuestra vida. La publicación de la IA no solo ayuda nuestra vida que sea más cómoda, sino que también discutimos con ella si tenemos dudas o dificultades en cualquiera cosa.
La IA también ayuda a los traders que mejore sus portfolios, que provoca que podría ganar más dinero. Además, la IA mejora la plataforma de la transacción en línea, haciendo que ambos brokers y traders sean más cómodo en transacciones.
Sin embargo, no podemos confiarla completamente y dejarla controlar todas las plataformas,ya que hemos visto muchas películas que advierte a las personas rl peligro de la IA si no podemos controlarla. Aunque la IA lleva a cabo nuestra conveniencia, necesitamos tener la atención del movimiento de la IA,ya que puede envolver por sí mismo.
Sobre todo, el sistema de inversiones con la IA es más conveniente para los traders y brokers, pero necesitamos que la IA se baja de control de la gente.

Learning English
1, we take turns (hosting/to host) meal gatherings monthly.
2, I will have a lesson (related/relates) to the agriculture industry.
3, Suzhou is (west/to the west) of Shanghai.
4, The holes in the jeans are so (exaggerated/exaggerating).
For sentence one, I used “to host” at first. My English teacher changed it to “hosting”, and she told me that “to host” is not correct in the context. But at that moment, I didn’t know why. I searched for the difference between the usage of these two phrases online, and it said, “to host” meant something that you planned to do but hadn’t done, and you might only do it once, while “hosting” meant that the thing you had already done and you would do it continuously.
For sentence two, I originally said “relates to”. I thought it was the verb’s form changing for the “third person singular”. My teacher changed it to “related to”. I also couldn’t understand back then. I looked for many example sentences on the internet and my understanding now is, when it acts as a verb, the sentence will be “A relates to B”, when it acts as a past particle or an adjective, the sentence would be “be related to“ or “noun related to“.
As to sentence three, I originally said “A is to the west of B”. My teacher changed it to “A is west of B”, but she said that mine is also correct”. Another American also said that “A is west of B” is more natural.
For sentence four, I originally said “are exaggerating”, she changed it to “exaggerated”. My thoughts in saying it that way is, “the game is very exciting so I am very excited”, “the game is boring so I am bored“, but for the word “exaggerate”, it seems like it is totally opposite.
I hope someone can give me a further explanation. Thanks.

Glücklich im Job?
Manche Leute haben gesagt, dass Arbeit eine reine Last ist. Tatsächlich spielen Arbeit und Beruf eine wichtige Rolle in meinem Leben. Mit guter Stelle kann ich mich um meine Finanzen kümmern. Darüber hinaus kann ich nicht nur meinen Horizont erweitern, sondern auch neue Kontakte mit neuen Kollegen knüpfen. Aufgrund des Glücks im Job möchte ich den Beruf aus Leidenschaft machen. Außerdem bin ich Abenteuer Type, deshalb ich anspruchsvolle Arbeit beschäftige, anstatt klassische Aufgabe zu erwerben. Die Hilfe der Kollegen und Vorgesetzten ist auch wichtig, um glücklich zu sein.
Bei der Berufswahl stehen für mich die Arbeitsbedingungen an erster Stelle. Beziehungsweise sind guten Gehalt, Anreizen, Boni, gesundes Arbeitsumfeld, um mich zu motivieren. In meiner beruflichen Zukunft möchte ich die Chance bekommen, professionelle Stelle zu beherrschen. Hinzu kommt, dass ich weiter lernen will, einen Master-Abschluss oder sogar einen Doktortitel zu erlangen.

Che settimana, sono stanca morta! Ho fatto troppe cose al lavoro, mi hanno stancato. Ho mal di testa e voglio dormire fino alle ferie.
Purtroppo non è ancora il tempo per rilassarmi quanto e come voglio.
Non vedo l'ora di andare in vacanza e fare tutto ciò che voglio. Ho aiutato un collega oggi ( che lavora per la squadra tedesca ), la quale madrelingua è il russo. Mi sono accorta che so ancora leggere in russo, ma non capisco molto.
Non posso credere che domani sarà già giovedì. Mi merito tranquilità, ma i capi pretendono così da noi e non mi sento rinfrescata neanche dopo che dormo di notte. Devo rilassarmi di più durante il weekend.

NF : mais parce que cherches-tu à comprendre, à saisir quelque chose qui est à moi et que je fort garde. Quand je dis de comprendre ce que tu ressens, je trouve et comprends seulement ce que je vois et peux voir. N'est-ce pas drôle que si je pense que tu es heureux, je décide que pour moi tu es heureux, c'est tout ! Ressentir le bonheur d'un autre est bien difficile, et si je semble la ressentir, c'est qui, en revanche, remplit mon cœur est le bonheur que j'ai décidé de voir, pas le tien... Celle-ci est seulement à toi et la décrire est bien futile, donc...
ST : pour la énième fois tu as dit ce qui est évident, mais si bien que tu sembles avoir dit quelque chose de merveilleux. Parfois tu sembles vivre la vie comme dans un film, comme si tu voulais vivre dans un livre
NF : parce que ceux sont l'élévation de la vie, je pense.
ST : et en s'éloignant de la vie, tu as y trouvé un monde très doux, n'est-ce pas ?
NF : tu le dis chaque fois, et chaque fois de la même manière ! C'est ennuyeux ! Au moins je change les mots en cherchant les plus doux !
ST : ça va, ça va... Tu veux toujours avoir raison d'ailleurs

Digital Detox Zone
When crossing a street and waiting for the traffic lights, it's common that many people would look down while swiping their smartphones. Is it possible to create a special zone in a metropolitan where the use of digital devices are not allowed and the internet would also be cut off?
I guess this can be an attractive project to invest in. People who stay in this special area which I name Digital Detox Zone only allowed to watch TV, listen to the radio and chat with each other. Probably, only rich people who would like to pay, or people with digital additions who got a doctor's prescription can be able to enter the zone to relax.
