8/7,8 kagawa prefecture trip with my father.

At 8/7 and 8/8 we went to kagawa prefecture to eat udon . stay at hotel.
When I was junior high school student , we promised to go to kagawa.
But we were so busy, we can't go to there.
Finaly we can go to trip.
I moved udon at kagawa, It has a nice chewy texture and tastes really good.
Also I amazed udon soup taste.
Udon shops in nagoya are very different that taste and dasi, also way of making.
I met no.1udon in my life.
Dasi in no.1 udon shop was very different level compare other shop.

08/7,8 k07-08: Kagawa prefecture trip with my father.

Or "Aug 7-8: Trip to Kagawa prefecture with my father"

AtFrom 8/7 and to 8/8 , we went to kKagawa prefecture to eat udon .

We stayed in at hotel.

When I was junior high school student , we promised to go to kKagawa together.

Proper nouns like 'Kagawa' should start with a capital letter.

But we were so busy, we caouldn't go to there.

Because this happened in the past, I changed 'we can't' to the past tense 'we couldn't'.

Finalyly, we can go towere able to go on the trip.

I movedwas really impressed by the udon at kin Kagawa,. It hasd a nice chewy texture and tastesd really good.

I would translate うどんに感動した as "I was really impressed by the udon" or "I was amazed by the udon"

Also, I was amazed by the taste of the udon soup taste.

It feels more natural to put 'also' after 'was' like this: I was also amazed by the taste of the udon soup.

Udon shopsThe udon in nNagoya are have very different that tastes and dashi, alsond probably also different ways of making.

I metThat was the no.1udon in my life.

You can also say "That was the best udon in my life" or "That was the best udon I'd ever tasted in my life"

DThe dashi in the no.1 udon shop was at a very different level compared to other shops.
