Do you enjoy jogging?
I jog every day to stay fit.
I think everyone should jog because it's healthy and doesn't cost any money.
You can just go outside and run.
If you're too out of shape to run, you can just walk, because walking is as good as running.
Also, running makes you feel refreshed, so it's good for your mental health.
But you shouldn't run on an empty stomach because you might lose muscle.
You're fine if you run for less than an hour, but I think most joggers run for more than an hour.
That's why I always eat an egg and a banana before jogging because they're easy to digest.
