Usually, titles show what you write about in your body paragraph(s). To see some ideas on what to write about, there are writing prompts from the writing prompts section.
I have been wrote a English diary sinceiting diary entries in English for one month.
I have been writing diary entries in English for one month.
In English, we don't usually use "since" to indicate the duration of doing a certain task. This exists in languages like French and German, but it doesn't sound natural in English.

I would write journal entries on what I'm listening to in my target languages like German and Spanish. You can also write about past memories in English.

Sometimes, it's better to not force yourself to write every single day and take a break. Then again, you can try the writing prompts section for inspiration or listen to a podcast episode to comment on your opinions on that podcast. If you read books, you can also try writing a book review in English, even if you're reading a book in your mother tongue.

Lately, I've had writer's block.
I think this is more native-sounding. Writer's block is the inability for someone to write due to a lack of inspiration or courage.

Rather than copying the title exactly, I think you can expand the sentence like this. This can also serve as an alternative correction to the title of this post.
Lately my daily is same mean... Lately my daily is same mean...
I am unsure what you mean here. I would also not repeat the use of "lately" or other adverbs as it can be repetitive. The reader will know at this point what timeframe this is happening to you in.

The question mark is used for asking a question. Unlike in some languages, such as Japanese, it is mandatory to use a question mark when you want to ask a question as otherwise it will sound strange in the reader's head.

Again, you need to use a question mark here. I assume "Hou" is meant to be "How" but "How" is not the correct adverb in this sentence, it is "What".

My solution when I have writer's block is just to free-write, which means typing random thoughts and observations down for a set amount of time (such as five minutes) which helps free my mind from any restrictions it may have. If that does not work, then you can always go for a brisk walk outside as well.
