I Now I'm going to write about health. Alhamdulillah, I can say that I have no health problems now. But a few years ago, I had low vision and needed an operation. The doctors said that the disadvantages would not completely disappear because my eye condition was bad. We thought -1 is better than -8, so we decided to go ahead with the operation. After the operation, I was very happy because I could see the world with my own eyes and clearly, without glasses. I don't wear glasses now either, but my eyesight has worsened a little.
The point of this story is that we don't always appreciate what we already have. Some people dream of seeing the world with their own eyes, walking with their own feet, hearing with their own ears. But we already have these things, and we take them for granted. It could have been different. That's why, if you are healthy, you can consider that you already have everything. Every day, you can be happy and enjoy every moment.
I Now I'm going to write about health.
Alhamdulillah (?), I can say that I currently have no health problems now.
Google translate says "Alhamdulillah" means "Thank god" in Malay - if this is the word you were looking for you can say "thank god" like this in an English sentence, but it will make you sound like an elderly person.
"Now" was fine, but "currently" sounds more natural
But a few years ago, I had lowpoor vision and needed an operation.
We wouldn't really use "low" to describe vision. We'd either describe the type of vision problem (short sighted or long sighted) or just go to "poor" or "bad"
The doctors said that the disadvantageproblems would not completely disappear because my eye condition was bad.
Disadvantages is a word we mostly use when we want to imply there are also advantages. So it's more natural to say "problems" here.
After the operation, I was very happy because I could see the world clearly with my own eyes and clearly, without glasses.
clearly works better as an adverb here.

"disadvantages" sounds unnatural when talking about a medical condition
