我昨天去买菜

昨天，我去了超市买菜，还带了几张优惠券。因为有这么多优惠券，我买了20斤的肉，有的是鸡肉，有的是牛肉。这20斤的肉一共花了我50美元（360元人民币）。这比平时的价格便宜多了。

我把肉放进小的密封袋，然后把密封袋放进冷冻柜。这样，做饭之前我可以解冻一袋肉。

昨天买完东西后，我准备了接下来几天的饭菜。我做了白饭，还烤了鸡翅和芦笋。都非常好吃。自己做饭帮我节省了很多钱。

Yesterday, I brought several coupons to the grocery store. Because I had so many coupons, I bought nearly 22 pounds of chicken and beef. Altogether, I ended up spending around $50, or 360 yuan. This is much cheaper than the normal price of meat.

I put the meat into small ziplock bags, and then froze them. This way, I can thaw out a single bag of meat when I need to cook.

Yesterday, after shopping, I prepared meals for the next few days. I made rice and roasted chicken and asparagus. It came out very well. Cooking food myself is much cheaper!
