Really nice work!!! Congratulation on your progress in Chinese. But I find some sentences quite exoteric.
Here are the sentences(I suppose they include some misunderstandings of words):
"但是这有很多应用。如果我做应用，别中国人会帮你学习中文。".
As directly translated, the sentences are: Here are lots of App. If I develop Apps, other Chinese will help me learn the language."
"应用" is "App" in English. It is one of its meanings. I choose it because you used a phrase"做应用" , which it means " develop App". I don't see the logic why you develop Apps, then Chinese people will help you learn this language; therefore, I recognise this as a problem.
The last sentence:
直到那时我有应用和上网像这个。
You used it as well, and the sentence has another problem.
"上网" is a verb (in our sense), although its compositions are "上(verb)"and"网(noun)". statement:"有应用和上网像这个". "有" means "have". You can say you have "应用"(noun), but not have "上网"(verb).

In general, I think you might want to say:
Learning Chinese requires practice, especially it will be better if I have a Chinese friend. If I could have a chat with another Chinese, it would help my language.
(the first two sentences are a bit of repetitive. )

I think you want to refer some down-to-earth practice such as speaking by using "应用" in Chinese. But "应用" is way too formal and serious, often used in academic, or technical context, for example "应用知识，解决难题" a slogan. Instead "练习" will be better and more accurate.

Then, I would have more chat with Chinese online as said before.

The last sentence seems very ambiguous to me as I read through it. It is a blend of grammatical errors and misinterpretations of words, and I think it is unnecessary since its meaning overlaps with the sentence - "那我会尝试跟中国人聊天。". It has already stated you would tried to talk to Chinese. But of course you can state it as a conclusion again whatever you want.
