The official translation of The Amazing Race is 极速前进.
The translation of "has action" is 有行动, but I can't understand what you mean. For example, Bruce Lee's movies are action movies, and action means martial arts scenes. That doesn't seem to be what this TV show shows. So I modified it to "has many contest patterns (有多种赛制)".
