夏天的2017年，我开始学习汉语因为我去了青岛。青岛在东南的北京，和在海边。我在青岛住了三个月工作。

我住在美国，但子那时候起，我在网上学习汉语很慢。我一直在用YouTube和多邻国。现在我不能有一个课，但是我仍然学习汉语。

In the summer of 2017, I started learning Chinese because I went to Qingdao. Qingdao is southeast of Beijing, and it is next to the ocean. I was working in Qingdao for three months.

I live in America, but since then, I have been learning Chinese slowly online. I use YouTube and Duolingo. I can't have a class right now, but I can still learn.

(Note: I posted this journal twice because I didn't know how to respond to prompts before.)
