７月から＝since July
しかし、読みるのけどしまむことだけしかしませんでした。 しかし、リーディングしかしませんでした。
Sometimes, you may find that Japanese use the negative form although you use the affirmative form in English, with the modifiers such as "only," "a little," "a few," etc. This is one of the biggest differences between Japanese and English, in my humble opinion.
すみません！
私の日本語がいいはよくありません。私の日本語は流暢じゃないです。
いい+じゃない doesn't have a good collocation. It sounds ungrammatical.

Thank you! I have seen that affirmative vs negative thing before, and it really confused me. Thank you for explaining it, going to be tricky to remember.
