גיליון אלקטרוניאקסל

In Hebrew nobody really says גליון אלקטרוני. Sometimes we might say גליון נתונים, but most of the times we will say אקסל (Excel, the Microsoft's app for managing spreadsheets) or טבלה (table).

עשיתי גיליון אלקטרוני ליצרתי אקסל של הוצאות לנתיחהיתוח שלי.

you can't make a spreadsheet in Hebrew, you can only create it - ליצור. For is translated as של. The word נתיחה is usually used for dead bodies or animals, more of a forensic operation.

האוניברסיטה שלי עלולה לאולי תשלם להוצאות שלא ישולמו לעל ידי ביטוח הבריאות.

עלולה is a word with negative connotation. Here you hope that they will pay some of it, so I put the more neutral word אולי. The word by is translated as על ידי. Adding ל usually means here "giving the money to ..."

אני אוהבת לעשותיצור את הגיליון האלקטרוני כדי היאיוון שזאת משימה שאני יכולה לעשות, שיש לה סוף וראשיתהתחלה, ואני מרגישה שיש לי שליטה על משהו

The word כדי means that there is a specific target you had in mind while doing it (i.e. I did it so I would feel good), and here you are just saying that you enjoy it. Instead use words such as "מכיוון ש" or "משום ש". The word "ראשית" is not very colloquial.
