It's Cloudy, but Bright.

"What is the weather like today?"

It's a white bright cloudy day today.
I feel it isn't worse than the humid and uncozy yesterday.
The clouds absolutely cover the sky as far as I can see. I like the cloudy sky, not only the beautiful blue sky.

Usually we don't describe the weather as "white". I added "but" because bright and cloudy seem to contrast :)

I feel it isn't worse than the humid and uncozy yesterday's better than yesterday's humid and not-so-cozy weather.

"It isn't worse" is totally fine, but in this context "it's better" sounds more natural. "It isn't worse" would sound better if you are being quite formal or trying to be very specific with your language.

The clouds absolutely cover the sky as far as I can see.

I like the cloudy sky, not onlyjust the beautiful blue sky.

Just a stylistic correction :)
