The first fourth-generation residence in China was built, with cars going up and down the stairs, and every household has an aerial courtyard.

After walking out of the subway station, you can see this huge vertical forest, which is very spectacular!

I am not sure what this means, but I guess it means "above ground swimming pools"; these are ones where the bottom of the pool is on the ground, not below the ground level.

I do not know what "net-red" means. "Which" where follows right after "Chengdu", but I am certain it is supposed to refer to the community, so I reworded it. If it was bought out, that sounds like one party bought the entire thing. If it was sold out, that sounds like every unit was sold (probably to many different parties).

Assuming you are referring to this particular community, then it should be "of this" "Of the" here means you are speaking of the development prospects of the general class of all fourth generation residences.
