Today, I worked only in the morning. After lunch, I took a nap for a while. After that, I went to the gym. Then, I went to the local park for a walk. I saw the trees in the park, and they made me feel late autumn.

Your English isn't so bad, but I think you should start using methods to make your sentences longer. In English, we don't really use short sentences.
