Why are there bachelors in my village now?
When I was young, there were no bachelors in my village. Of course, that was decades ago. As far as I can remember, only one uncle lived alone back then, but he once had a wife, just divorced her. A couple of days ago, I heard that my village already had more than ten bachelors. I was really shocked. Of course, they are all men, not women. Women never have this issue. The reason my villagers told me is that nowadays young people in my village work in many big, developed cities. They meet coworkers from everywhere in China. Young girls have a lot of chances to find their other half and most likely they aren't married to our local men. But I don't know why young men in my village seem not to have the ability to marry out-town girls. Thus, the girls in my village married out of town and the men in my village were left. Generally, country girls want to marry city men, as long as they are pretty enough that city men never mind. So country men are left and city girls are also left. The problem is that city girls never went to marry country men. So the issue is there are many city girls and country boys that become bachelors.

Why are there bachelorundergraduates in my village now?

If I have guessed correctly, you wanted to say a person who has a bachelor degree. Then you should use the word 'undergraduate'.
An 'undergraduate' means a person who has a bachelor degree.

When I was young, there were no bachelorundergraduates in my village.

Of course, that was decades ago.

As far as I can remember, only one unclethere was an old man who lived alone back then, but he once had a wife, justbut they are now divorced her.

If I got it right, you wanted to say an old man instead of an uncle. An uncle is a relative of yours.
Therefore, use 'old man' instead of 'uncle'
'But' is used for contradictions. The previous phrase didn't mention 'wife', so it is not a contradiciton.

A couple of days ago, I heard that my village already hads more than ten bachelorundergraduates.

I was really shocked.

Of course, they are all men, not women.

Women never have this issue.

The reason my villagers told me is that nowadays young people in my village work in many big, developed cities.

They meet co-workers from everywhere in China.

Young girls have a lots of chances to find their other half and, most likely, they aren't married to our local men.

But I don't know why young men in my village seem to not to have the ability to marry out-town girlgirls from other towns.

There is no 'out-town' in English.

Thus, the girls in my village were married out of town and the men in my village were left behind.

Use 'left behind' if you want to say that they were being abandoned by the girls.

Generally, country girls want to marry city men, as long as they are pretty enough thaten city men neverdoesn't mind.

I don't understand what you mean by 'country girls want to marry city men, as long as they are pretty enough that city men never mind'.
It may make sense to you in your own language but it won't make sense in English.

So country men are left behind and city girls are also lefthave left also.

The problem is that the city girls never went to marry country men.

I don't understand what you are talking about so I can't correct it.
I don't know if you want to type 'want' instead of 'went' or you want to say that the girls doesn't really want to marry the men. In that case, then you should say 'The problem is that the girls never really wanted to marry the men that they have chosen.' would make more sense.

So the issue is there are many city girls and country boys that becoame bachelorundergraduates.

Feedback

I don't understand 'city girls' and 'country boys' as they doesn't make any sense in English. If you want to say the girls are born in the cities, they are the same as they are born in the country.

"bachelors" in this journal means men who can't find a wife even though they are old enough, for example, in their thirties, forties or their whole lives.
City girls mean girls who are born and raised in cities. They mostly have a good living condition and a rich family.
Country boys (men) mean men who are born and raised in the countryside. They mostly have worse living conditions and a poor family.
Never want to. It's a typo.
Thank you very much for correcting me. If you are willing to correct it again based on these explanations, I will be very thankful.

Girls who are born and raised in the countryside want to marry boys who are born and raised in cities because living conditions in cities are better than that in the countryside.
As long as girls are beautiful, boys living in cities won't mind that the girls are from the countryside.

The fact is that girls who are born and raised in cities never want to marry men who are born and raised in the countryside because living conditions in cities are better than that in the countryside.
